Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At TOURISM TRAVELS Pune. we strive to provide reliable and high-quality bus rental services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications are handled.

By booking our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


2. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before or at the start of the trip as agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:
  • More than 72 hours before journey:

    90% refund of advance amount (10% administrative charges apply).

  • 24–72 hours before journey:

    50% refund of advance amount.

  • Less than 24 hours before journey:

    No refund

  • Same-day cancellation or No-show:

    No refund

Cancellation by Company:

In rare cases where we must cancel due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Unavoidable operational reasons
  • We will:

  • Offer an alternative vehicle (if available), OR
  • Provide a full refund of the advance amount.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Early termination of trip by customer
  • Change in itinerary after trip commencement
  • Passenger misconduct
